How to ensure work that is being carried out is being done in accordance with Gas Safety Regulations, British Standards, CORGI guidance and is simply providing good customer care. Finding competent supplier is difficult at best but with the drive of fast track training schemes and the high profile of plumbers wages the need for a safety net is real.

All CITIGAS engineers have extensive experience in providing Quality Control on a large scale. We will tailor make a Quality Control package around our core system to ensure that your specific needs are met.

All of our engineers are time served tradesman, have a minimum of 16 years experience and all are D32/D33 qualified trainers and assessors. Our checks comprise of a full strip down check ensuring that any shortcuts being taken are identified. On post work inspections you will receive a certificate with 40 areas of examination detailing the results.

On commencement of a contract you will receive a signed declaration from the engineers who will be working on the contract stating that they will perform their duties in accordance with the Gas Safety Regulations and in confidence.

A recent survey conducted revealed 100% of plumbers, heating engineers and gas engineers failed to correctly answer 6 basic questions on the 1999 Water Regulations. Most engineers referred to the water bylaws which have been superseded by the 1999 Water Regulations. We can offer a one day training package which will bring plumbers, heating engineers and gas engineers up to speed on the relevant changes.

We can also offer support in dealing with legal complaints, with the facts and extensive knowledge gas legislation the most difficult of situations can usually be resolved.
